Welcome to HTT Packaging & Design. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. B2B Services HTT Packaging & Design is a business-to-business (B2B) contract manufacturer. All quotes, estimates, and services are intended for commercial entities, not individual consumers.

2. Quotes & Estimates All quotes provided by HTT are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing is subject to change based on raw material market fluctuations and final scope verification.

3. Intellectual Property & Formulations

  • Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of any custom formulations, artwork, or trade secrets you provide to us.
  • HTT Ownership: We retain ownership of our manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and pre-existing intellectual property.

4. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring that your formulations, labeling, and packaging designs comply with all applicable laws (including FDA, FTC, and state regulations). HTT creates products to your specifications; we do not guarantee the marketability or regulatory compliance of your specific formula unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, HTT Packaging & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the manufacturing services provided for the specific batch in question.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
