We specialize in single-serve powder and liquid formats filled into stick packs and sachets, including nutraceuticals, functional beverages, supplements (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, adaptogens), liposomal formulations, electrolyte and hydration mixes, and functional food/beverage concentrates.

A stick pack is a narrow, vertical single-serve pouch typically used for powders or small liquid doses that are torn open and poured directly into water or the mouth. A sachet is generally a flatter, wider pouch, well suited to larger powder fills or liquid products. A first production run typically takes 2 to 3 months, largely driven by overseas production of packaging materials and international shipping and customs rather than the formulation or filling itself. New formula development and first production runs take longer than reorders of an established formula; we'll provide a project-specific timeline once your formula and packaging are finalized.

This depends on formula complexity — a simple reformulation of an existing base can move quickly, while a novel formulation (especially one involving liposomal encapsulation or stability-sensitive actives) requires more bench iteration and stability testing.
