Multi-Layer Flexible Film 


High-quality flexible film is essential for durable finished packaging and seamless compatibility with our Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines. By utilizing premium rollstock film, we efficiently create perfectly sealed sticks and sachets while simultaneously filling your products.

Supplied in continuous rolls, this rollstock feeds directly into our FFS equipment to streamline the entire packaging process. Whether you require custom-printed designs or unprinted materials, our flexible packaging ensures a precise, high-speed run from start to finish.

I. Premium Finishes

1.Gloss Finish  

Choose highly reflective gloss for vibrant impact, or smooth matte to make instructional text exceptionally easy to read.

2.Matte Finish

A specialized coating that physically feels like velvet, instantly signaling luxury.

3.Moisture Barrier

Print in flat matte but add a highly reflective gloss exclusively to your logo so it pops.

4. Light Shield

Apply a matte coating over clear film to create a semi-translucent "sea glass" effect.

1. Gloss Finish 

Rotogravure printing gives finer detail and richer color than standard printing. Add the gloss coating on top and you get a shine that catches store lighting, making the artwork look sharper and more saturated in person than it does on a screen.

2. Matt Finish 

Matte coating absorbs light instead of reflecting it, so the pouch reads flatter and more subdued on shelf next to a gloss finish. It also hides fingerprints and handling marks better, which matters for products that get picked up and put back a few times before checkout. Print still comes through sharp and high-contrast even without any shine on top.

3. Moisture Barrier Film

Application:
Extend product shelf life by minimizing product moisture level without inserting desiccant. It is best used for powders such as probiotics and other supplement to powders prevent powder caking in the sachet or stick pack.

4. Light Shield Film 

Most high-barrier films use a thin layer of aluminum foil to block light. That works, but foil also means the pouch can't run through standard metal detection during quality checks. It reads as metal and forces a switch to slower, pricier X-ray inspection instead. Light Shield Film blocks that same 99% of UV and visible light with a specialized coating instead of foil, so it clears standard metal detectors.

  • ​2-Layer Standard (PET / LLDPE): Cost-effective and light weight. Perfect for short shelf-life powders and quick-turn sampling.
  • 3-Layer High Barrier (PET / AL / LLDPE): A micro-thin aluminum shield blocks 100% of light and oxygen.  shelf life.
  • 4-Layer High Barrier (PET / AL / PET/PE):  blocks 99% of light and oxygen. Essential for sensitive liquids and 12+ month shelf life.
  • 5-Layer High Barrier (PET /PE/ AL / PE/Moisture Absorption Film):  blocks 100% of light and oxygen. Applies to moisture sensitive powder. Extend product shelf life.
  • Light Shield Film (non-foil): Blocks 99% of UV and visible light using a specialized coating instead of aluminum foil.

1. Sachet

A versatile, cost-effective flexible canvas designed for high-impact retail sampling and daily single-serve products. Engineered to lie perfectly flat, providing a dual-sided, billboard-style branding surface for premium liquids and powders ranging from 5ml to 55ml.

3.Gusset Pre-Made Pouch

Custom die-cut flexible pouches that mimic the premium look of full-size rigid containers. Our Pre-Made Pouch works with Horizonal Fill and Seal Machine for our premium liquid products. Featuring an expanding bottom gusset for a stand-up retail presence.
