Project: Gunoil Series
Custom Tooling & Brand Consistency
In partnership with Empowered Products, we engineered a unique custom mold series to distinguish their brand in a competitive market. The result was a proprietary 'bullet-shaped' bottle family produced in 2oz, 4oz, and 8oz sizes.
This 3-mold system supports their entire product line—including Gunoil Silicone, H2O, Loaded, and Fetish. To maximize shelf presence, we utilized 360° full-body shrink sleeves, allowing for vibrant, distinct branding across all flavors while maintaining a unified structural silhouette.

From CAD to Shelf: Integrated Pump Design
Our process began with preliminary CAD renderings, where we modified and improved the structural design until perfect ergonomics were achieved. Samples were then produced for rigorous lab testing. Upon approval, final production samples were cataloged for long-term Quality Control consistency
The final design features a specialized 'capped' lotion pump. Unlike standard pumps, this flush profile allows for a shrink sleeve finish across the entire bottle. This maximizes print space compared to regular labels, creating a dominant presence on the shelf.
